Formal complaint? Options

A while ago, when all the upset happened through the actions of one member, I sent a formal complaint to NRAS re the treatment of the people who were banned.
I have had no response to the formal complaint or even an acknowledgement of it being received. So what happens now? Did anyone else send a formal complaint in and has anything been done about it?
YES I'VE CHANGED, PAIN DOES THAT TO PEOPLE.

hi Julie,

I sent a formal complaint which was passed from Sally to Ailsa, and dealt with.
Looks as if yours was not recognised as a formal complaint and maybe Sally just deleted it? Otherwise you would have heard from Ailsa by now.

I also complained and had a 'sort' of response. It was not satisfactory but I have now realised that this is not our forum at all but belongs to 'whoever' at NRAS who makes decisions on the content of this forum and is supported by 'upper' management I assume. Therefore 'whoever' thought that it was appropriate to allow an advocator of illegal drugs to run with his posting on this forum yet, did not allow the posting about the criticism of forum members, for their apparent lack of support towards her, which was placed on another site.

I understand Sally is away until 23rd but a complaint made a while ago should at least have been acknowledged. It seems to me that we matter not one jOT to NRAS, who will carry on treating us all badly until we all say NO MORE and leave them to it. One person making all these high handed decisions is just NOT good enough, though she obviously has support from on high, what a shame this forum has come to this.
And with regard to the drug person................we only have it on "SOMEONE-who LIES -all-the -time"s authority that there WAS a moderator back then; we therefore have to question WHY we NOW have this particular one?
Always be aware that what you do might hurt others........and if it could, do nothing without careful consideration of the consequences
